Its hook-and-loop battery straps support both NiMH and 2S to 3S LiPo packs, while the lightweight design keeps performance responsive and nimble. The street stock-style wheels and aggressive all-terrain tires complete the rally-ready look, making it a standout on both display and dirt.
Tuned for Tough Terrain
Designed to conquer desert racing, the Dakar Edition uses aluminum 12mm big bore coil-over shocks, steel turnbuckles, and adjustable suspension geometry for race-proven handling. Rear CVA drive shafts and a 2.6:1 gearbox with a sealed differential and slipper clutch deliver durable, consistent power. Vertical ball ends at all four corners allow for fine-tuned roll center adjustments, ensuring confident control and traction across rough and unpredictable surfaces.

At the core of this RTR is a powerful Reedy 3300kV brushless motor, paired with a high-power, water-resistant Reedy ESC equipped with a T-plug and LiPo cutoff. The included 2.4GHz radio system features a DVC receiver with adjustable gyro for superior stability. A metal-gear Reedy servo with a spring-style servo saver handles steering duties with precision, all protected in a water-resistant receiver box — ready for action, rain or shine.
